On March 15, 2023, Shantou University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Academic Cooperation with the Panyapiwat Institute of Management in Thailand. President Hao Zhifeng, Vice President Yu Hong, Party (CPC) Secretary of School of Business Zou Zhibo and Dean Liang Qiang from Shantou University, Vice President Xu Erming, President Assistant Ma Chunping, Director of the International Exchange Office Li Minxin and Head of the International Exchange Office Zhang Xiaoyue from Panyapiwat Institute of Management attended the meeting.
President Hao Zhifeng of Shantou University first extended a warm welcome to Professor Xu Erming and his delegation and introduced the new changes of Shantou University in recent years.
Vice President Xu Erming, gave a detailed introduction of the international education and Chinese language programs of the Panyapiwat Institute of Management.

At the meeting, Vice President Yu Hong and Xu Erming signed an MOU between Panyapiwat Institute of Management, Thailand, and Shantou University, China, and exchanged views on cooperation plans such as doctoral supervisor, academic research, international conferences, and so forth.
