On March 4, 2009, the Staff Union of Business School held the activity with the theme of "Happy International Women's Day with wise women” and there were 17 female faculties of Business School who participated in this activity. Besides, Dean of Business School Prof. XU Zongling and Part-time Professor XU Erming joined in this activity. They talked about what the female faculties had done for the development of Business School and how to live a better life while drinking tea with joiners happily. Finally, this activity ended in a lively and happy atmosphere. Female faculties got a better chance to know each other and strengthened the relationship of the team through joining this activity. All of these must be a fine foundation for operating the work of female faculties and will surely play an important role to go on our work in many parts.
